Law department

With the increase in the volume of transactions in the legal support of the university in 2007 as an independent structural unit was organized legal department.

Currently in the state of the legal department of the University employs solicitors AV Dridiger, I. Shchetinkin, G. Zagorski.

The main problems that are solved by the legal department, are the following:

- Development of legal documents, provide legal assistance to all business units SSAU with documents;

- Ensuring compliance with the law in the university and protect their legal interests;

- Implementation of legal review of the draft orders, instructions, regulations and standards of the University and other acts of a legal nature;

- Training and development of bidding documents, tender and auction documents for bidding on a state contract for the supply of goods, services, works for the needs of the university. Control over the execution of government contracts and contract counterparties in the event of failure to conduct pre-trial and court procedures to resolve disputes that arise;

- Work on registration of land and property complex, on the balance of the University;

- Providing methodological guidance legal work at the university, an explanation of the current legislation and its application;

- Representation of the University in bankruptcy court and a court of law, in government agencies, multilateral institutions and organizations on the legal protection of the university;

- Participation in the preparation and conclusion of collective agreements, the development and implementation of measures to strengthen labor discipline, the regulation of social and labor ¬ dustrial relations at the university;

- To ensure that workers are informed of the University of the existing legislation, the organization of work for the Study of the officials of the University regulations relating to their activities;

- Participation in the development and implementation of measures to strengthen the contractual and financial discipline.

Accounting

The success of every organization depends largely on the correct formulation of the accounting and financial reporting. The bookkeeping of Agricultural University successfully handles this function. Its most important task is the planning and execution of income and expenditure for the funds received from the state budget and extra-budgetary sources.

Acting Chief Accountant I.A. Shatobina organizes accounting business and financial activities of the organization and control of the economical use of material, labor and financial resources, the preservation of the property of the organization.

The structure of accounting include: accounting department on wages and scholarships, material department, office. Personnel of the accounting - 22. Most of the accounting staff - graduates SSAU. To help young accountants always come skilled workers: V.I. Gnilyak, V.I. Sedin, S.V. Starukhina, J. B. Markova.

Accounting university organizes all incoming cash, inventory and fixed assets, and timely accounting recognition in the accounting transactions related to their movement. Provides control over the legality, timeliness and accuracy of documents, payroll to employees of the organization, correct calculation and transfer of payments to the state budget, contributions to the state social insurance funds to finance capital investments. Conducts economic analysis of economic and financial activities in order to identify internal reserves, eliminating losses and waste.

All departments of accounting combined local computer network with Internet access. Accountant jobs each equipped with the necessary modern equipment.

Planning and Finance Department

In 1999, in order to improve the economic performance of the university as a separate structural unit established planning and finance department.

The department graduate of the University of A.N. Steklov. Under his leadership, leading economists A.N. Khvalynskaya and T.V. Grineva perform tasks facing the department:

• economic planning aimed at efficient organization of the university;

• Prepare current, medium and long-term plans for the financial activities of the University;

• Economic analysis of all of the university and the development of measures for the effective use of capital investments, material, human and financial resources in order to reduce the costs of business, increase its profitability and productivity, eliminating losses and wastage;

• monitor the implementation of the targets, as well as statistics on the performance of work for the university, the preparation of periodic reports on time, ordering statistics;

• participation in the guidance and organization of accounting and analysis of results;

• methodological assistance specialists and quality control units of work;

• Formation of the wage system in the university and its improvement;

• Development and maintenance of the staffing of the university, etc.
