A working meeting of scientists from our university and the Medical University on the development and study of new functional dairy products for personalized nutrition was held on the basis of the Faculty of Biotechnology as part of the implementation of the strategic project of the Agroinopolis - 2030 program
The expansion of the instrument base of the Milk Quality Control Laboratory by purchasing a set of analytical systems for assessing the quantitative composition of milk, including a differentiated analysis of the number of somatic cells of Combifoss 7 DC, produced by the Danish company Foss, achieved thanks to a grant from the academic leadership program "Priority 2030", opens up new horizons for scientific research in the field of creating new functional dairy products for personalized nutrition.
Sergey Alexandrovich Oleinik, Professor of the Basic Department of Private Animal Science, Breeding and Breeding of Animals, Doctor of Agricultural Sciences, took part in the discussion of prospects for joint cooperation on the part of our University, Evgeny Vyacheslavovich Shchetinin, Vice-Rector for Scientific and Innovative Work, Doctor of Medical Sciences, and Vladimir Alexandrovich Baturin, Head of the Department of Clinical pharmacology, Doctor of Medical Sciences.
Of particular interest were the new technological capabilities of the Laboratory for the differentiation of dairy raw materials, taking into account the gradation of the structure of milk fat and protein, somatic cells, which makes it possible to create new functional products for personalized nutrition, based on the individual characteristics of high-quality raw milk from individual breed groups and genotypes of cattle.
