Transactional analysis is a psychological model that serves to describe and analyze human behavior both as a bright individual and as part of groups. This model includes philosophy, theory and methods that allow people to understand themselves and the specifics of their interaction with others. The purpose of the training is to form a trusting and authentic attitude to the world based on the development of abilities to understand the behavior of other people and build positive relationships with others.
The organizer and moderator of the training was Professor of the Department of Pedagogy, Psychology and Sociology Tatyana Nikolaevna Dukhina.
During the training, students exchanged opinions and established positive interpersonal communication and interaction. We have jointly outlined methods for implementing forms and methods of further personal growth and positive interaction with others, as well as ways of further cooperation on this issue.
