There are people whose feat is difficult to overestimate. The people whose lives are used to write the history of our great state, whose blood has become ink shed for the glorification of our motherland for centuries: by deed, word, verse and song. Nowadays it can be very difficult for us to imagine ourselves as a person whose courage and dedication determine the fate of an entire nation, a whole world of people, but we will never stop remembering and being proud that there were such people in our history, there were heroes worthy of rightfully bearing this high title. And these heroes are and were not somewhere far away, not in films and books, not in fictional stories and legends, but here, right among us, keeping pace with us, and serving us every day as a constant reminder of what the crown of God's creation should be - a real person. And today we want to tell you about one of these people, a man who not only gave us the memory of the past, but also paved the way to a better future with his hard work, who illuminated new generations with the light of knowledge – Alexey Grigoryevich Myshko.
Alexey Grigoryevich Myshko was an honorary professor of the Accounting Department of Stavropol State Agrarian University, worked at the university for 34 years. He was a candidate of economic sciences and himself became a mentor to three more candidates. But in addition to victories on the scientific front, he had other equally great achievements and merits. Throughout his life, he not only rewarded the country with many bright minds, but also helped to give all people a peaceful sky over their heads.
Alexey Grigoryevich was born on December 25, 1928 in the Poltava province, in the village of Povsten. Such was his fate that during the famine of 1933, fleeing from certain death, which in those years befell millions of people, the boy's family decided to move to the south – to Stavropol.
After graduation, he worked for 10 years as an auditor in the Orel region. From 1956 to 1964, Alexey Grigorievich worked in the financial authorities of the Stavropol Territory. In 1964-1966 he studied at the graduate school of the Rostov Institute of National Economy and after defending his dissertation in 1969 he took up teaching. From 1967 to 2009, Alexey Grigorievich was a professor at the Accounting Department at Stavropol State Agrarian University. In 1971-1982, 1997-2000 he was head of the Accounting and Audit Department. He has prepared and published 52 scientific articles, 17 methodological guidelines, two collective monographs. For a worthy contribution to the improvement of the educational process at the university, fruitful pedagogical activity in the system of higher professional education of the city and the Stavropol Territory, a great personal contribution to the training of highly qualified specialists, Alexey Grigorievich was awarded numerous certificates of honor by the leadership of the university, the Ministry of Agriculture of the Stavropol Territory, the administration of the city of Stavropol.
Alexey Grigoryevich died on December 19, 2017. He lived a long life, and undoubtedly made a huge contribution to the history of not only military, but also peacetime. Alexey Grigorievich gave the students valuable knowledge and experience, a reverent attitude to the history of our country and people who fearlessly fought against the Fascist invaders during the Great Patriotic War for the honor, freedom and independence of their Homeland. Centuries will pass, and their great exploits will never be forgotten in the memory of grateful descendants. From year to year, passing on to descendants the history of their exploits, we will not get tired of repeating "Be worthy, remember!"
