Personnel training in the North Caucasus Federal District under the conditions of sanctions and accelerated import substitution will be conducted under the new system.
Representatives of the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation, the Agency for Strategic Initiatives, JSC Kavkaz of the Russian Federation, Stavropol Agrarian State University analyzed the problems of the secondary vocational education system in the North Caucasus Federal District and identified mechanisms for implementing a comprehensive program for the development of vocational education in the region.
As noted by Viktor Sergeevich Neumyvakin, Director of the Department of State Policy in the Field of Secondary Vocational Education and Vocational Training of the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation, there is now an unprecedented interest in the SPO system from absolutely all sides: both employers, school graduates, and the state.
Svyatoslav Olegovich Sorokin, Director of the Department for the Development of the Social Sphere and the sector of non-profit Organizations of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation, stressed that there is a huge shortage of specialists in working professions in Russia today. In the conditions of sanctions and the need for rapid and prompt import substitution, the development of a system of training highly qualified workers becomes the most urgent.
They also discussed the problems of staffing investment projects and the creation of an information system to promote employment in the NCFD and employment outside the district.
