The work of scientists within the framework of a consortium of performers of applied scientific research and experimental development

Since 2021, the Stavropol State Agrarian University has been implementing the "Priority 2030 Program", which will allow concentrating the scientific and educational potential and ensuring the contribution of university scientists to achieving the national development goals of the Russian Federation for the period up to 2030.

As part of the Priority 2030 strategic academic leadership program, in June 2021, a consortium of performers of applied scientific research and experimental development was created. In addition to the Stavropol State Agrarian University, it included the Russian State Agrarian University - Moscow Agricultural Academy named after K.A. Timiryazev, Kabardino-Balkarian State Agrarian University named after V.M. Kokov”, FSBEE HE “Gorsk State Agrarian University”, FSBEE HE “Dagestan State Agrarian University named after M.M. Dzhambulatov”, departments and organizations of the region.

As part of the expansion of cooperation, the university was visited by acting Director of the Institute of Agricultural Biotechnology Russian State Agrarian University - Moscow Agricultural Academy named after K.A. Timiryazeva, doctor of agricultural sciences Sciences, Professor Belopukhov Sergey Leonidovich. During a meeting with SSAU Acting Rector Valentin Sergeyevich Skripkin, he got acquainted with the roadmap for the implementation of the Agroinnopolis 2030 development program, carried out as part of the Priority 2030 strategic academic leadership program.

A tour of the university and acquaintance with its material and technical base ended with a visit to the faculties of agrobiology and land resources and ecology and landscape architecture and their structural divisions - an educational and experimental station, greenhouse complexes, research laboratories. Belopukhov S.L. noted the high potential of the material and technical equipment of the faculties and the university as a whole.

At a meeting with the teaching staff, Professor Belopukhov S.L. a lecture was held, which was opened by the Dean of the Faculties of Agrobiology and Land Resources and Ecology and Landscape Architecture, Professor of the Russian Academy of Sciences Esaulko Alexander Nikolaevich.

During the lecture, faculty members got acquainted with the changes in the structure of the Russian State Agrarian University - Moscow Agricultural Academy named after K.A. Timiryazev” and with the results of the implementation of the program “Priority 2030”. Thanks to this program, Russian State Agrarian University - Moscow Agricultural Academy named after K.A. Timiryazev over the past period has significantly replenished the material and technical base, which will expand the range of scientific potential. Between the Faculties of Agrobiology and Land Resources; Ecology and Landscape Architecture and the Institute of Agrobiotechnology reached an agreement on strategic partnership and creation of a platform for the joint implementation of scientific projects.
