Forum participants were 500 young creators, photographers, copywriters, media people, designers, bloggers from 77 regions of the country, and the speakers, curators and experts of the forum were more than 50 specialists in their fields. Together with the project team a student from the Stavropol State Agrarian University prepared a trial version of a video podcast series to popularize Rosmolodezh's activities among the country's younger generation. The forum was held in Kaliningrad.
Elizaveta Veremeenko, a student of ecology and landscape architecture, took part in the forum. During 6 days she mastered a series of educational intensives, the result of which was the implementation of the practical case from the real customer in the face of the Federal Agency for Youth Affairs - "Rosmolodezh".
Speakers at the forum were: Deputy Plenipotentiary Representative of the President of the Russian Federation in the Far Eastern Federal District Grigory Kuranov, advisors to the head of the Federal Agency for Youth Affairs Madeleine Baturina and Anton Pashkov, Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Udmurt Republic Mikhail Khomich, writer Alexander Tsypkin, TV presenter Ivan Chuykov, head of RUTUBE for work with bloggers Olga Belyaeva, director of "Advertising & PR, "Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration Vladimir Koreshkov, art director of Dodo Brands Design Team Evgeny Oputin, producer Elena Kiper, head of Vkontakte social network external promotion team Vyacheslav Prokhorov, general director of Five Public communications agency Igor Selenov, official project photographer of Mariinsky Theatre Darian Volkova and others.
The closing of the forum was held in the framework of a large-scale celebration of Youth Day at the "Kaliningrad" stadium. It was attended by 13 thousand people. The head of Rosmolodezh Ksenia Razuvaeva welcomed the guests online.
Also at the closing ceremony the results of Rosmolodezh grant competition were summed up. The participants received from 5 thousand to 1.5 million rubles for implementing their project. A total of 113 projects were accepted for defense, 14 of which were supported to the total amount of 7 million rubles - this is the largest grant fund in 2022.
