Students of the Faculty of Biotechnology baked bread at the University’s partner enterprise

The educational and methodological center of the company “Berta” has collected the best modern equipment for baking, with the help of which it is possible to demonstrate any technological processes of dough making and the preparation of bakery and confectionery products that meet all the standards of a high-tech process. During the training seminar, students mastered all stages of the production of bakery products using modern ingredients, unique developments of the company - a manufacturer of raw materials for the baking and confectionery industry.

Students of the Faculty of Biotechnology of the training direction “Technology of production and processing of agricultural products” attended a training seminar in the form of a master class on the production of bakery products from the Berta group of companies.

It is important to note that the seminar was held with the participation of the chief technologist, a graduate of the Faculty of Biotechnology Maxim Vladimirovich Zherdev. The students had the opportunity to participate in the production of innovative promising types of products: Sportivnoe bread, Malt flatbreads, Grain rye bread, Baltic bread, onion buns with herbs, Serbian bread Pogachishche.

At the end, a tasting analysis of finished products was carried out.
