Work is nearing completion on the creation of the largest in Russia testing ground-laboratory "Intelligent hydrodynamic systems and complexes"

26.10.2022

Flowing (calibration) installations for a testing ground-laboratory are designed for testing, calibrating and calibrating flow converters of various types with a wide range of layouts, as well as for measuring, reproducing, storing and transmitting units of mass and volume flow, mass and volume of a flowing liquid. The scope of the pouring installation is very wide. This is the control of the metrological characteristics of meters, flowmeters, rotameters, liquid (water) volume converters, as well as their testing, verification and calibration. The measurement of reproducible values of flow, mass and volume of water is implemented by the method of static weighing and the method of direct comparison.

As part of the implementation of the federal project "Priority 2030" and the development program of the Stavropol State Agrarian University "Agroinnopolis 2030", on the basis of the Faculty of Electrical Power Engineering, installation and commissioning of the largest in Russia testing ground-laboratory "Intelligent hydrodynamic systems and complexes" are being completed.

The goal of the Priority 2030 program is to form in Russia by 2030 more than 100 progressive modern universities - centers of scientific, technological and socio-economic development of the country. The Priority 2030 program will make it possible to concentrate resources to ensure the contribution of Russian universities to the achievement of the national development goals of the Russian Federation for the period up to 2030, to increase the scientific and educational potential of universities and research organizations, and to ensure the participation of educational organizations of higher education in the socio-economic development of the regions Russian Federation.

Equipment for the test site-laboratory "Intelligent hydrodynamic systems and complexes" was developed, designed and manufactured by scientists of the Faculty of Electrical Power Engineering together with engineers from Teplokom (St. Petersburg), specially commissioned by the Stavropol State Agrarian University. Teplocom is an engineering manufacturing company with 30 years of experience in the energy saving market of the Russian Federation. The testing ground-laboratory "Intelligent hydrodynamic systems and complexes" will become one of the largest and unique in the Russian Federation, where actually operating certified production equipment will be presented, which will allow conducting research at a fundamentally new level, as well as significantly improve the quality of mastering professional competencies among future engineers - power engineers.

Thanks to the flexibility of the technical solutions used for individual assembly, the trough installation is mounted at the Faculty of Electrical Power Engineering, which has the appropriate engineering support.
