Center of the quality management in education

On July 8, 2014 the Stavropol State Agrarian University in cooperation with the European Foundation for Quality Management (EFQM) held a webinar "Journey to Excellence"

The webinar was organized by the European Foundation for Quality Management (EFQM), with the support of the Stavropol State Agrarian University.
The University presented its own experience of implementing the EFQM Excellence Model for Russian and European organizations seeking to achieve excellence and sustainable development.
At the end of the webinar participants exchanged experiences and comments on the practical application of different approaches to the EFQM Excellence Model in educational institutions.
