Chess, mini-football, powerlifting
Continues 61 sports contest of students, post-graduates and undergraduates of Stavropol state agrarian University, excellent results have pleased the participants of the Championship of the South of Russia in powerlifting.
March 13, in the framework of the 61st Olympics students, graduate students and undergraduates SSAU, passed competitions on chess. In team championship leading accounting and Finance Department, 2 – Еconomics, 3-m – Еlectric power faculty. 4, 5 and 6 place – faculty of Аgrobiology and land resources faculty of Аgriculture mechanization and Socio-cultural services, respectively.
In personal superiority among men (1st Board) leads Artem Mishchenko (Accounting and Finance Department), 2 place – Vitaly Nazlukhanov (Electrical) 3 – Igor Chubov (Economics faculty). The winner of the 2nd chessboard was Michael Chincharauli (Accounting and Finance Department), 2 place – Vadim Kron (Electricity), 3 – Evgeny Medvedev (Faculty of Economics).
In the individual championship among girls the highest number of points from Julia Kravchenko, representing the Economics Department; Ekaterina Likhacheva (accounting and Finance Department) in 2nd place; 3rd – Vera Sheikina (faculty of Agrobiology and land resources).
15-16 March passed competitions on mini-football. Game leaders team, faculty of Economics, – faculty of mechanization of agriculture, "bronze" won the faculty of agrobiology and land resources. Team of accounting and Finance, electric power, faculties of veterinary medicine and technological management, socio-cultural service and tourism have taken 4, 5, 6 and 7 respectively.
On March 18-19, in the city of Stavropol held the championship of the South of Russia in powerlifting and individual exercises, where active participation of students and graduate students of the Agrarian University.
In the category "professionals" was won by: up to 52 kg – Ksenia Chernova, 4th year student of Electrical power engineering faculty; up to 56 kg, a freshman of Accounting and financial faculty Anastasia Osychenko. Among juniors-fans leaders (up to 52 kg) became Alina Balandina, 1st year student at UFF, and Elena Zatonskaya; master student of the faculty of Agrobiology and land resources Nikolai Korshunov (up to 100 kg); first-year student of faculty of Mechanization of agriculture Sevak Mnotzokonyan (up to 110 kg).
