On October 25, 2012 in the Government House of the Russian Federation Dmitriy Anatolyevich Medvedev handed over to the rector of Stavropol State Agrarian University Trukhachev V. I. a diploma and award of the Government Winner of the Russian Federation in the field of quality 2011.
Stavropol State Agrarian University is the only higher educational institution in the
Russian Federation among prize winners of 2011 (Resolution from 16th of May 2012 №485 («About prize awarding of the Russian Federation Government 2011 in the field of quality").
Stavropol State Agrarian University is included into a number of prize winners in the category of organizations with a number of people working over one thousand along with such giants as JSC The State Rocket Center named after V.P. Makeev (Miass, Chelyabinsk region), "KAMAZ-Metallurgiya", (Naberezhnye Chelny, Tatarstan), Research Institute of Physical Measurements (Penza) and World Trade Center (Moscow).
In the performance at the ceremony D.A.Medvedev emphasized that «… the most important that unites all present at the hall, is a willingness to work, high quality of indicators which you reach, and, I hope, the experience of modern management and effective work that, frankly speaking, it is very important in our country .Today the quality all over the world became a key factor of determination of competitive advantages and the competitive advantages are the only condition in order that the country can develop.
We entered the World Trade Organization. The way was difficult, we made difficult decisions. Despite all expenses on this way and possible difficulties, finally it forms requirements to the quality of our goods and the requirement to competitiveness of those productions which we have.
Finally, that’s all will affect our economy to the good, therefore we need to introduce the most modern practices, technologies and the most successful models of the business organization, the organization of various processes management – business processes, social processes.
I hope that we will aspire to observe such examples in each region of our country because the situation is unsteady. Nevertheless, it changes to the good. We set simple but very complex goals, on the other hand it is a dimension of life quality.
And the quality of life is the work of such companies, as yours. Therefore I hope that you will make further contribution to the development of our beloved country. It is not by accident that among the award winners there are not only giants of the industry, as usual, but also were and will be social structures, colleges, gymnasiums, universities, hospitals, sanatoria – generally, the most different structures where our people work».
