International office announces the start of the participants selection for the program of postgraduate practical training APOLLO in 2013.
APOLLO Association conducts educational program of postgraduate practical training commissioned by the Federal Ministry of Food and Agriculture in Germany in close cooperation with the Eastern Committee of German Economy, German engineering workers guild and agribusiness companies in Germany.
The program is for graduates of agricultural universities - bachelors, masters and specialists of the following specialties:
- mechanization of agriculture
- agronomy - agriproduct processing
- animal breeding and others.
Major elements of practical training:
· four months practical training at agribusiness companies in Germany (July-November)
· Accompanying educational seminars and trainings
· The certificate is issued after the practical program
Benefits of participation:
· free accommodation, food and insurance
· monthly scholarship
· free trip to Germany and back
· free participation in the accompanying seminars
Requirementsforcandidates:
· higher education, specialties: agronomy, mechanization of agriculture, agricultural management/economy, animal breeding and others.
· initial experience in foreign agriculture (practical experience, work in Western Europe , the USA and other countries)
· good knowledge of German, knowledge of English would be an asset
· high motivation and interest in professional development
· initiativity, analytical abilities, team commitment and willingness to learn in a foreign cultural environment
