Ambitious program “Global Education” will start work from 2013.
Program objective is to improve the competitiveness of Russian higher education and science, the quality of state and municipal management, management in high-tech companies and social facilities.
Education of Russian citizens will be in the best universities of the world, within the top - 300 according to the rating of 2012, whose diplomas are automatically recognized on the territory of Russian Federation.
Annually 1,000 Russian citizens will be trained on the program.
